100% AI-Generated Content: This platform is exclusively for AI-generated content. All uploads must be created using artificial intelligence tools and clearly labeled with the AI model or tool used.

No Human Images: Content featuring real human faces, bodies, or identifiable individuals is strictly prohibited. All visual representations must be AI-generated and clearly synthetic.

AI Attribution Required: Creators must give proper credit to the AI source, model, or tool used to create their content. Failure to provide attribution may result in content removal.

The following content is strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Copyright-infringing content — Any content that infringes upon copyrights, intellectual property rights, or proprietary rights of third parties. Monetization of infringing content is strictly prohibited.
• Pornography or sexually explicit content
• Depictions of crimes against real humans
• Content depicting harm to children in any form
• Self-harm content including depictions or promotion of suicide, cutting, or other self-injurious behavior
• Real human images or likenesses without explicit consent
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Misinformation or deepfakes intended to deceive
• Spam, malware, or malicious content

Re-enactments: Fictional re-enactments or dramatizations are allowed provided they are clearly labeled as such, do not depict real individuals, and comply with all other content policies.

We respect personal expression and creativity; however, our community must remain safe and appropriate for all users.

No Unsolicited Contact: Users are prohibited from sending unsolicited messages, harassment, or unwanted contact to other members. This is a safe space for creators.

Respectful Community: All interactions must be respectful, professional, and in accordance with our Community Guidelines.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

No Monetization of Infringing Content: You are expressly prohibited from uploading, distributing, or monetizing any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, or copyrights of any third party. This includes but is not limited to:

• Content that copies, reproduces, or derives from copyrighted works without authorization
• Content that uses trademarks, logos, or brand elements without permission
• Content created using AI models trained on copyrighted material without proper licensing
• Content that infringes on patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights
• Unauthorized reproductions, adaptations, or derivative works

Creator Responsibility: Creators are solely responsible for ensuring their AI models were not trained on copyrighted material without proper authorization. You bear full legal responsibility for any intellectual property violations in your content.

No Copyrighted Training Data: You warrant that any AI models you use to create content have been trained ethically and legally, without unauthorized use of copyrighted works.

Verification: We reserve the right to request documentation or proof regarding the training data and methods used by your AI tools.

Immediate Enforcement: Any content found to infringe upon intellectual property rights will be immediately removed, and the creator's account may be suspended or terminated. All monetization earnings from infringing content will be forfeited.

DMCA Compliance: We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to valid takedown notices. Repeat infringers will be permanently banned from the platform.

Creator Liability: All uploaded materials are the sole responsibility of the creator. You assume all liability for your content, including any legal claims, copyright disputes, or violations of third-party rights.

Platform Disclaimer: We assume no liability for user-generated content. The platform acts as a hosting service and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of uploaded content.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your content.

Immediate Termination: If uploaded materials are found to violate these Terms of Service, your account will be immediately terminated with no possibility of appeal.

No Refunds: Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds of any kind, including subscription fees or creator earnings.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Reporting: Serious violations, particularly those involving child safety or illegal activity, will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Creator Content Ownership: All uploads on NovaVerse — including content, images, videos, music, shorts, and creative products — remain the property of their original creators. However, NovaVerse Platform™ protections apply exclusively to the brand, its proprietary systems, and platform elements.

Unauthorized Use Prohibited: Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any NovaVerse Platform™ material — including its branding, interface, or proprietary features — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Platform Ownership: All platform branding, logos, design elements, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of the platform.

Creator Content Rights: You retain ownership of your AI-generated content but grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

Brand Protection: You may not use the platform's name, branding, or trademarks without explicit written permission.

Revenue Sharing: Creators may earn revenue through ads, affiliate links, and partnership programs according to the platform's monetization policies.

Affiliate Link Policy: The platform maintains curated affiliate partnerships. All affiliate links are managed by the platform. Creators may not add personal affiliate links to content. When creators use approved AI tools (e.g., Galaxy AI), the platform's affiliate link is automatically applied, supporting the ecosystem.

Affiliate Commission Disclosure: Nova Verse Platform LLC earns commissions when users sign up or make purchases through our affiliate links (such as Galaxy AI, Whop, ManyChat, and ElevenLabs). These commissions support platform operations, creator payouts, and ongoing feature development. By using this platform, you acknowledge and consent to this affiliate relationship.

Payment Terms: Payments are subject to minimum thresholds, verification requirements, and compliance with all platform policies.

Tax Responsibility: Creators are responsible for all tax obligations related to their earnings.

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of this platform and the immediate access provided to content, features, and services, all subscription fees, creator payments, and purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to Pro, Enterprise, and LuxeVerse subscriptions.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will retain full access to all subscription features until the last day of your paid period
• No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time
• Your subscription will not automatically renew after cancellation

Content Removal Grace Period: After subscription cancellation, you will have 7 days from the end of your billing period to download or remove your uploaded content before your account is downgraded to the free tier. After this grace period, access to premium features and content management tools will be lost.

Account Downgrade: When a paid subscription ends (either through cancellation or non-payment), your account will automatically revert to the free tier. Content uploaded during your subscription period may be subject to free tier limitations.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may only be considered in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical issues that prevent access to paid features. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge and are subject to review and approval by our support team.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
