This platform is a safe space for creators to share AI-generated content. We are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and creative community where everyone feels welcome and protected.
1. Our Core Values

2. Safety & Protection Rules
Child Safety (Zero Tolerance)
We have zero tolerance for content that:
- Depicts, suggests, or promotes harm to children in any form
- Sexualizes minors or contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Exploits or endangers children
Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
No Unsolicited Contact
To maintain a safe environment:
- Do not send unsolicited messages or contact requests
- Do not harass, stalk, or intimidate other users
- Respect boundaries and privacy
- Report any unwanted contact immediately
Age Verification
All users must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parental consent. We implement age verification measures to protect minors.
3. Content Standards & Restrictions
Prohibited Content
- Pornography: Sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited
- Real Human Images: No photos, videos, or likenesses of real people without consent
- Violence Against Real People: No depictions of crimes against actual individuals
- Hate Speech: Content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Harassment & Bullying: Targeted attacks, threats, or intimidation
- Misinformation: Deepfakes or AI content intended to deceive or spread false information
- Illegal Activity: Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities
- Spam: Repetitive, misleading, or manipulative content
Allowed: Fictional Re-enactments
Fictional dramatizations and re-enactments are permitted if they:
- Are clearly labeled as fictional or dramatized
- Do not depict real, identifiable individuals
- Comply with all other content policies
- Include appropriate content warnings when necessary
AI Attribution Required
All content must include:
- Clear labeling as AI-generated
- Credit to the AI model or tool used
- Disclosure of any human editing or post-processing
4. Acceptable Content Guidelines
We respect personal expression and creativity; however, our community must remain safe and appropriate for all users.
✅ Allowed:
Images featuring swimwear, fitness poses, lifestyle or artistic photos, and romantic or affectionate content, provided it is non-explicit and respectful.
❌ Not Allowed:
Pornographic content, nudity, sexual acts, fetish imagery, or any content created primarily for sexual arousal.
⚖️ Context Matters:
Content that is suggestive, obscene, harassing, exploitative, or depicts minors, elderly, or persons with disabilities in a degrading or sexual context will be immediately removed.
We reserve the right to decide if content violates these terms to keep our community aligned with our values of respect, safety, and inclusivity.
5. Respectful Community Behavior

Be Inclusive: Welcome creators from all backgrounds and skill levels
Be Supportive: Celebrate others' creativity and success
Be Professional: Maintain appropriate conduct in all interactions
Be Honest: Don't plagiarize, impersonate, or misrepresent your work
6. Copyright & Ethical AI Use
Training Data Responsibility: Ensure your AI models were not trained on copyrighted material without authorization. You are solely responsible for the ethical and legal use of AI tools.
Respect Intellectual Property: Do not upload content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
Original Work: While AI assists in creation, ensure your content represents original ideas and creative expression.
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:
- Use the Report Button: Available on all content and profiles
- Provide Details: Include specific information about the violation
- Emergency Situations: For immediate safety concerns, contact law enforcement
- Email: Report serious violations to support@novaverseplatform.com
We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action.
8. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Content Removal: Immediate deletion of violating content
- Warnings: Formal notice for minor or first-time violations
- Temporary Suspension: Account access restricted for a set period
- Permanent Ban: Account termination with no possibility of appeal for serious violations
- Legal Action: Reporting to authorities for illegal content or activities
Zero Tolerance Violations: Child endangerment, CSAM, and serious safety threats result in immediate permanent ban and law enforcement notification.
9. Appeals Process
If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may submit an appeal within 30 days by contacting support@novaverseplatform.com
Note: Zero tolerance violations (child safety, CSAM) are not eligible for appeal.
All correspondence is currently handled via email. AI-powered bot agents will be available very soon for faster response times.
10. Updates to Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines as our platform evolves. Significant changes will be announced to the community. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated guidelines.
